I wanted to tell you the way the sofas were packaged and wrapped they were very well protected. With all that protection the sofas were in perfect condition when they arrived. I was so thrilled. Please thank your manager Mr. Henry and anyone else who makes policies for the company that I appreciate the quality of the product and the standards of the company. It is hard to find such a customer centered company. With all your help Kia and your working to get the furniture delivered I never felt that I was alone trying to get my furniture delivered.

Using the 3D application was a simple experience unlike I had assumed at first. And the customization process helped me decide the size I wanted Fredo in. This couch was my first choice and I am thankful for their customization service that it allowed me to stylize the sofa. A great place for sofa sets and an easy customization process. Delivery was also well within the stipulated time. Highly recommendable store.
